Application forms can be obtained from the college office and the filled-in forms should be submitted on or before the date announced. Separate application form has to be submitted for each group of combinations.
The following certificates have to be produced in Original along with a set of Xerox copies.
Memorandum of marks of SSC or its equivalent examination.
Transfer Certificate.
Bonafide and Conduct Certificate.
Migration Certificate (in the case of students belonging to any other State board or Central board).
Caste/Community Certificate and Income Certificate for reserved category.
The candidates will be selected on the basis of merit. The reservation rules of the Government are followed.
Payment of fees: College fees can be paid in two instalments in an academic year.
1st term - June
2nd term - September
The selected candidates have to pay fees in State Bank of India, Barkatpura branch through Challan.
No cheques will be accepted.
The fees once paid is neither refundable nor transferable. Fee challan should be submitted in the college office immediately after payment of the fees and the student copy should be retained till the end of the course.
